Requirements:

We are seeking an outgoing and dynamic Construction Sales Representative to close sales of our comprehensive roofing services with customers in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and the surrounding states. As a Construction Sales Representative with Goodman Construction, you will generate leads and referrals and prospect for new customers who need roofing repairs and/or installations.

Additional tasks for the Construction Sales Representative include:

• Signing contracts with customers
• Providing superb customer service to build strong working relationships
• Collecting payment for contracts

Job Responsibilities

As a Construction Sales Representative with Goodman Construction, you will supervise the roofing process, ensure that projects are completed on time and monitor roofer work. You will leverage our access to a wide array of domestic and international manufacturers and quarries to guide design and construction of solid and beautiful roofs that enhance and protect our customers' home.

Additional responsibilities of the Construction Sales Representative include:

• Communicating with insurance companies as needed
• Ordering materials for roofing jobs
• Assisting with special projects as assigned
