For our Fortune 100 client who is the leader in the Networking and Communications arena, we are seeking a team of Leasing Business Analysts for a large project implementation. Consultants will be responsible for performing all Business Analyst responsibilities required for the SFDC initiative under the direction of the Project Manager. Consultants will be the liaison between the stakeholders and IT teams; Interact with the IT Development teams as well as other cross functional teams as required in deliverables management to ensure project success.
Must be an innovator and familiar with the most complex aspects associated with the systems and processes while adapting to cutting edge concepts into how it is done. Consultants should be process oriented; able to step in and learn the processes as well as redesign them where opportunities for improvement exist. Consultants should have strong analytical and communication skills enabling them to effectively influence business partners.
•Consultants will complete GAP analysis, Impact assessment, gather business requirements, process flow documentation and change management for all aspects of project delivery with guidance from the Project Manager.
•Consultants will work closely with external vendors and internal users in project execution (development and implementation), including resolution of issues, capture of further requirements adhering to PLC gates and risk identification/ management.
•Responsible for Quality management by providing guidance to QA teams in creating and executing both manual and automated test cases for the different testing cycles. This will include all testing that is required to validate interfaces and business functions/ processes. This may include different types of test cases such as BAT, UAT or end-to-end test cases.
•Participate in defect reporting and resolution during the testing cycles and partner with the corresponding IT analyst to test and provide sign-off on the fixes implemented.
•Ensure compliance management.
•Must possess the ability to build and cultivate strong relationships across multiple functional areas and be capable of working with teams and commit to deadlines, fostering a positive work environment.
•Consultants should have the ability to actively manage deliverables to meet business commitments and Project Manager’s expectations and be able to monitor and report the on-going project status.
